Metra will add trains to its BNSF, Union Pacific North, and Union Pacific West lines on Sunday, June 26, to accommodate those planning to attend Chicago’s 51st Annual Pride Parade.

Two extra inbound and two extra outbound trains will be added to the BNSF Line schedule on Sunday to accommodate paradegoers. Both the UP North and the UP West Lines will add two extra morning inbound trains and one extra evening train. The parade kicks off at noon at Montrose Avenue and Broadway in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood and ends near the intersection of Diversey Parkway and Sheridan Road in Lincoln Park. The parade route is easily accessible through CTA connections from all five downtown Chicago train stations: Chicago Union Station, Ogilvie Transportation Center, Millennium Station, Van Buren Street Station and LaSalle Street Station.
